A Japanese trading company is looking for a quality specialist position which will be handling quality related activities for global parts to identify customer request and communicate with international suppliers.
【Essential Duties】
・PPAP Management: Communicate with customer to determine engineering level and expected documents. Obtain documents from supplier for completion.
・ Abnormal Logistics evaluation and support: Evaluate inbound/outbound logistic abnormalities and support sales for documentation or evidence in insurance claims.
・Quality Area Control: Cross functional cooperation with sales and operations to audit and provide determination of products in quality area
・RMA Champion: Upon quality complaint – issue RMA to the customer for the NG units
・IMDS Management: Submit to correct IMDS database address
・QPR Management: Receive Quality Problem Report (QPR) , report to supplier PIC and obtain deliverables by due date. Confirm sorting acceptance and communicate.

応募資格：
【Qualifications】
A minimum of 3 years’ Automotive Manufacturing or Quality experience are highly desired.
Ability to read, interpret and comprehend quality documents. Effective written & verbal communications.
Familiarity with PPAP, SQAM, and other automotive quality standards are highly desired.
Must be self-motivated with a keen interest in problem solving in Manufacturing Quality.
Attention to detail and organization is critical
Must be comfortable working collaboratively as well as independently.
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point is highly desired.
Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets
