A leading global manufacturing company is seeking a Japanese/English Bilingual Project Director with a robust IT project management background to spearhead CRM implementation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a bilingual professional fluent in Japanese and English, possessing a track record of successfully leading global projects, particularly CRM implementations. They will be adept at coordinating with management, including Japanese HQ, for project updates and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and oversee CRM & IT projects from both business and IT perspectives.
Direct CRM implementation projects, liaising with management/Japanese HQ for updates and recommendations.
Assist in implementing Larger Size enterprise CRM projects.
Compile and present reports/presentations to Local/Japanese executives within Daikin.
