Lead Accountant is responsible for the activities listed below and any other necessary duties as an expert.
All operations are to be conducted with special attention to detail.
【Essential Duties】
<Tax>
Evaluate the risk and economical impact of any of the new projects/business opportunities from the tax perspective. This includes the US domestic (US Federal, States, Counties, and any other local jurisdictions) and international (cross-border taxation) viewpoints.
Tax planning and optimization for the Company and new transactions.
Create and manage the tax model for each transaction.
Coordinate and negotiate with Joint Venture (JV) partners to determine the tax treatment in any of the planned JV etc.
