A Japanese consulting firm is seeking an Admin & Outsourced Payroll Staff.  ​​​​​​You will be responsible for admin and outsourcing service for client’s payroll & other payroll assignments/projects. Duties will include consulting with clients on payroll, ADP software, and other payroll matters. This position takes care of & communicates with multiple clients at any one time. 【Essential Duties】 ​​​​​- Defining and customizing payroll policies and procedures for each client. - Initial setup & installment of ADP software for clients. - Providing basic ADP tutorial to clients - Communicating with clients effectively to input and obtain payroll data correctly and timely. - Maintain an accurate record of payroll and meet the monthly and year-end closing due date in timely manner. - Ensuring client’s compliance with federal and state law. etc.
応募資格:
【Qualifications】 - Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll for clients (corporations) required. - Experience of ADP Online is a plus. - Experience of working at Consulting/Accounting firm/Outsourcing agency is a must. - Experience in preparing personal income tax is a plus. - Fluent level Japanese and business level English language required. - Excellent customer service & communication skills required.
