This position is primarily responsible for providing services to clients according to their needs, and also acting as liaison between employees and clients, and freelancers (interpreters and translators) and clients.
Duties include communicating with employees to provide solutions to their work problems and communicating with clients to meet their needs.
【Essential Duties】
I. Employee Liaison
1) Periodically visits/contacts employees at their assigned job sites to listen to their concerns and provides solutions in order to prevent potential work and legal problems.
2) Attends meetings at clients’ sites/online to observe and monitor employees’ performance.
3) Ensures employees’ work records, such as timesheets, work logs and other administrative forms, are timely submitted to the management team.

【Qualifications】
1) Bachelor’s Degree in any related field from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2) One or more years of previous experience in a similar position.
3) Bilingual in Japanese and English(Fluent level of Japanese skill prefered).
4) Valid Driver's License.
