・Develop and maintain budget templates consolidate annual budget, forecast and actual results
・Monthly variance analysis and narrative development
・Partner with Commercial, Manufacturing, and other groups to monitor and update assumptions for planning and forecasting needs
・Maintains strong interactive relationships with internal customers develop cadence to review financial results and ensure buy-in on forecasts from internal stakeholders
・Develop and continually evolve other reporting tools that enable accurate analysis
・Perform business and ad-hoc analysis and projects as they arise

【Requirements】
・Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and present in a structured manner to senior management
・Must be detail oriented, with the ability to handle multiple assignments promptly and effectively Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment
・Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
・Self-starter with intellectual curiosity
・Ability to effectively interact and communicate within finance and other departments’ internal staff at various management levels
・Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related area required
・5+ years of experience, preferably in automotive
・Business level English
