The primary focus of this position is to support the department manager on various system activities, related to in-house and vendor developed software to support REI business operations.
【Essential Duties】
- Perform a variety of analytical, technical, and administrative activities in the system development, implementation, and support of in-house and vendor developed software to support REI business operation.
- Identify, analyze, and document business needs and system requirements by conferring with staff or users. Develop, investigate, analyze, and evaluate system alternatives to prepare recommendations for moderately complex to complex design components of a project. Advise users in selecting system solutions.
- Assist with project plans for the development and/or implementation of large projects. Monitor project adherence to schedule and takes action to ensure project is completed efficiently. Provide direction to users in the execution of project steps.
応募資格：
【Qualifications】
- Education-Preferred.
- Bachelors or better in Information Technology or related field.
- Experience-Required.
- 5-7 years’ experience in systems analysis and applications programming.
- Thorough knowledge of application development methodology, business workflows and processes, current business application technology, and analytical/systems tools.
- Very good analytical, problem solving, organizational, communication and presentation skills.
- Very good skills in learning complex tools or designing simple tools to resolve system issues.
- Intermediate skills in Office 365 and other common applications and tools.
