We are seeking a Japanese bilingual engineer for our automotive manufacturing plant, which produces vehicle bodies for a leading automobile manufacturer. The primary responsibilities involve overseeing the equipment used for welding and other body assembly processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the production line.
【Key Responsibilities】
- Supervise and manage the production line, focusing on welding robots and other body assembly equipment.
- Collaborate closely with local staff to optimize production processes and address operational challenges.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure the seamless running of the plant.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to programmable logic controllers (PLCs), specifically Omron and Mitsubishi models.
- Communicate effectively with Japanese headquarters to ensure alignment on operational standards and practices.

【Qualifications】
- Proficiency in Japanese and English is mandatory.
- Extensive experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), particularly Omron and Mitsubishi.
- Strong hands-on experience in an automotive manufacturing environment, particularly with welding and body assembly equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to relocate and work on-site at the manufacturing plant.
