【Essential Duties】
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install and configure computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Ensure security and privacy of data, network access, and backup systems.
- Perform regular upgrades and maintenance tasks on hardware and software.
- Create and maintain IT documentation and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT team members to enhance systems and processes.
