A Japanese food company is seeking a qualified R&D Associate to join their team. This position combines aspects of food product development with quality management, primarily focusing on supporting the Research and Development (R&D) team within the group company. The role involves assisting in the creation and improvement of food products, ensuring they adhere to quality and safety standards. The position will play a supportive role in both the innovation process and quality assurance, with less direct collaboration with the marketing team and more focus on internal R&D efforts.

QUALITY ASSURANCE and SCIENTIFIC AFFAIRS
・Support the inquiries regarding quality documentation and product claims from the customers.
・Handles customer service complaints, products complaints, and customer requests.
・Assist in ensuring that all products are compliant with food safety and quality regulations.

【Qualifications】
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Culinary Arts, or a related field, or equivalent ability.
- Business level in English
