日系の大手総合商社よりHRコーディネーターのポジションの募集です。マンハッタンのハイブリッド勤務、3年程度のHRの特に駐在員サポートの経験のある方の募集となります。未経験の方も応募可能ですので是非ご検討下さい。日本語は必須です。
【Essential Duties】
Coordinates expatriate transfers to and from Japan by providing the following:
1) Updates data base for arrival and departure, by collecting data from HR RS and HQ HR.
2) Employee support letters as appropriate for different visa types
3) Onboard employee and family to support RS and family a smooth transition
4) Offboard employee and family when returning to Japan or transferring to different city.
Responsible for payroll:
1) Communicate with RS for necessary information for Seisan, and Payroll.
2) Prepare payroll sheet for review
3) Update Yen/Dollar portion every year, or wherever necessary.

応募資格:
【Qualifications】
1) Minimum three years’ experience preferable.
2) Fluency in Japanese: speak/read/write.
3) Proficient in SAP, Concur, Microsoft Office (e.g., Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint).
4) Knowledge of general accounting/bookkeeping principles.
5) Ability to recognize and adjust routine accounting entry errors.
6) Demonstrate a cooperative attitude, strong verbal and communications skills with clients and coworkers.
7) Ability to demonstrate flexibility and work as a member of a team.
8) Must possess basic analytical skills, meet deadlines and maintain confidential information.
9) Organizational and time management skills required.
