This position manages and maintains various existing accounts, while establishing new customer relationships and ensuring needs are met and/or surpassed. Key responsibilities involve coordination all planning phases for new products, forecasting, sales budgeting, quoting and negotiations. The position also works closely with various internal departments and provides excellent customer care and service.
応募資格：
【Qualifications】
- Prefer at least 3 years automotive OEM account managing experience.
- Experience or familiarity with multi-cultural working environment is desirable.
- Working experience in steel or metal industry preferred.
- Superb interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or similar required.
- Extensive Excel skill and proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications.
- Must possess technical understanding of automotive parts specifications and ability to interpret customer specifications.
- Must possess good negotiation skills.
- Japanese-English bilingual speaking ability is preferred.
