The OEM Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing sales support to the OEM Department and working with external OEM customers and vendors to develop and expand the department.
[Essential Duties]
• Decipher drawings of products to be manufactured by customers and make recommendations for products needed.
• Prepare forecasts and quotations for customers and suppliers.
• Inventory control and issuing internal stock orders.
• Prepare PL sheets and register new products.
• Coordinate delivery dates and shipments with customers and suppliers
• Grow relationships with existing customers and vendors and developing new ones through meetings and facility visits.

応募資格:
[Qualifications]
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Supply Chain is preferred, or equal amount of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years related experience in OEM Sales.
• Japanese speaking preferred, but not required.
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple priorities and responsibilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with high level of accuracy in communication.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with suppliers, sales, field partners and other business contacts via telephone, email, and video conferencing.
