A Japanese construction company is seeking an entry-level or experienced interior designer.
【Summary】
- Conducting meetings with clients to discuss their needs and style preferences
- Coordinating with contractors and tradespeople
- Creating design plans with preferences and safety requirements in place
- Overseeing costs and budget, and putting together project estimates
- Choosing design features such as furnishings, materials, and artwork
- Advertising services and bidding on new projects
- Preparing concept presentations
- Directing others and offering solutions where necessary, other duties may occur
応募資格：
【Essential Duties& Qualifications】
-BA or higher degree in Architecture, interior design, or landscaping, and/or construction related fields
-Japanese& English bilingual
-CAD experiences, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and others
-Valid driver's license within the US
