A leading Japanese travel and hospitality company is seeking an HR Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing HR-related matters across various sectors, including travel, dining, hotels, and other business operations. Fluency in both English and Japanese is required.
【Essential Duties (Unofficial)】
_ Oversee HR-related matters across various sectors, including travel, dining, hotels, and other business operations business operations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Handle performance management and employee evaluations
- Address and resolve employee grievances
応募資格:
【Qualifications】
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience in the United States
- Fluency in both English and Japanese
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
