A Japanese company is looking for Recruit Representative.
Essential Duties
• Job Postings for New and Existing stores on ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Better team, Glassdoor, Homepage
and ADP
• Resume Screening
• Performing and coordinate in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Follow up on the interview/background check process status
• Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
• Completing timely reports on employment activity
• Competitor Research/Wage investigation from local competitors
etc.

【Qualifications】
• 4-year college degree preferred but not required
•Computer Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
•Japanese and English bilinguapreferred
