A Japanese logistics company is seeking HR Coordinator.
【Essential Duties】
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
Employee Records Management: Assist in maintaining employee records to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Expats Payroll Gross-up Data Maintenance: Assist with Expats Payroll Gross-up data collection and maintenance.
Insurance Records Administration: Support upkeeping of employee insurance records.
Training Coordination: Assist with organizing and coordinating training sessions and seminars.
HR Division Support: Serve as the first point of contact for the HR division, relay/forward the emails to the relevant team members, manage correspondence, and phone calls.
Data Maintenance: Scan, copy, create and maintain both electronic and physical data.

【Qualifications】
Education & Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree from college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have a minimum of three years of previous experience in a similar position.
Tools & Equipment
General office equipment including phones, fax, copier, personal computer, etc.
Software includes the use of Windows operating system, MS Office.
Any tools, equipment, software required.
Certificates / Licenses
