【Essential Duties】
• Drive business development through proactive sales strategies and relationship building.
• Meet or exceed the assigned annual gross margin budget by promoting and selling products to more complex accounts in assigned territory in compliance with the company’s pricing policies.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively, and report potential claims
• Keep management informed of local competition and market conditions by analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to new sales representatives fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Manage accounts effectively by providing ongoing support and maintaining client relationships.

応募資格：
【Qualifications】
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• Five or more years of high-volume sales experience in the food industry
• Experience in business development and account management
• Strong management, organizational, team building, coaching and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively,
• Proven experience in outside sales, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
