【Essential Duties】
• Team Leadership and Management
•Establish clear goals and objectives for the team in alignment with the company’s strategic direction
• Regularly monitor team performance and service quality to ensure standards are met or exceeded
•Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
•Oversee day-to-day operations of the travel services section, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
•Ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service, addressing client needs and resolving any service-related issues promptly
•Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations
応募資格：
【Qualifications】
•3~5 years of work experience in the travel industry preferred.
•Proven management experience with a track record of leading and developing successful teams.
•Proficiency in both Japanese and English is required
